At Wear Molly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you with an eligible return.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be free from makeup, perfume, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene protection
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to improper care or use

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our Customer Support Team for return approval.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving a damaged product
  • Receiving a defective item

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning your package. Wear Molly is not responsible for return packages lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our team will review your request and provide the most suitable solution.


Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation regarding your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within:

5–10 Business Days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Important Return Information

Please keep the following in mind:

  • All returns must be approved before being shipped back.
  • Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customers should package returned items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Wear Molly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
